Terms of Service

QR4CARS provides QR tags and a digital profile that lets vehicle owners share information and receive contact requests securely. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you browse the site, place an order, claim a QR tag, or manage vehicle data.
By using the Service you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
1. Definitions
'Service' means the QR4CARS website, dashboards, QR tag flows, and related APIs. 'QR Tag' means the physical QR stickers and their unique hashes. 'Public Vehicle Page' means the page people see after scanning a QR tag. 'Dashboard' means the authenticated area where you manage vehicles and contact preferences. 'We', 'our', or 'us' means the QR4CARS operator.
2. Service Description
The Service lets you claim QR tags, publish vehicle details (specs, photos, optional sale price), and choose how people can contact you (phone, email, Telegram, Instagram). When someone scans your QR tag, we display your chosen public information and route messages using the channels you enabled. Orders may be paid in cash or via card through our AmeriaBank-powered payment flow.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account (email/password or Google sign-in) to claim QR tags and manage vehicles. Keep credentials confidential and maintain accurate profile, vehicle, and contact data. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for activity under your account and for verifying any contact channels you enable. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate laws, misrepresent vehicle ownership, publish unlawful or infringing content, send spam or abusive disturbance reports, scrape or harvest data, tamper with QR tags or hashes, bypass rate limits or fees, or interfere with security or payment flows.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal data such as account details, vehicle information, contact preferences, scan metadata, and payment status data. Our practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, software, branding, and original content are owned by the QR4CARS operator or licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, nor use our trademarks without permission.
7. User-Generated Content
You own the vehicle data, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service. You must have the rights to everything you upload and ensure it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms.
8. Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability but may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Certain features rely on third parties (e.g., email delivery, Telegram messaging, payment gateways), and interruptions to those services may affect availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages arising from user-submitted content, QR scans, or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the higher of USD 100 or the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us and our personnel against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (and remove vehicle pages) for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Courts located in Yerevan, Armenia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; stop using the Service if you do not agree.
