This Privacy Policy explains how QR4CARS collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you browse the site, place an order, claim a QR tag, or manage vehicle information.

Personal Information
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: name, email, phone, country, age (optional), account credentials (passwords are stored as hashes), Telegram username and verification status, vehicle details (make, model, year, specs, plate, VIN if provided), photos, sale price and currency (if enabled), contact visibility choices, and messages you send through the contact or disturbance flows.
Usage Information
We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser/device type, language, timestamps, pages viewed, QR scans (including the QR hash, time, and public page opened), authentication events, and service performance logs.
Third-Party Information
We may receive limited data from: Google (if you use Google sign-in), Telegram (verification status), payment processors (payment status and identifiers, not full card numbers), email/SMS delivery providers (delivery status), and analytics tools (aggregated usage metrics).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service (public vehicle pages, dashboard, QR claims)
- Process orders and payments, and send transactional updates
- Show vehicle data you choose to make public and route contact requests you enable
- Verify contact channels (e.g., email, Telegram) and send service notices
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Improve the Service through diagnostics and analytics
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
- Send marketing communications where permitted or with your consent
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

- With service providers that host the platform, deliver email/SMS, or provide analytics
- With payment processors (e.g., AmeriaBank) to complete card transactions
- When you publish a public vehicle page or enable contact channels

No system is 100% secure. We work to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Vehicle data and public pages remain until you edit or delete them. Payment and invoice records are kept as required by law. Security and diagnostic logs (including scan metadata) are typically retained up to 24 months. Backups may briefly retain deleted data before expiry.

- Delete your account and associated vehicle data (subject to legal retention)
- Export your data in a portable format where technically feasible
- Change which contact channels are visible on public pages

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Google sign-in, Telegram verification, AmeriaBank payments). Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. Review those policies before using the integrations.

Data may be processed in countries different from where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or your consent.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn we collected data from a minor, we will delete it.
